The true "stars"
of the "Festival of Lights" Boat Parade belongs to the wonderful
efforts of all the parade contestants. The 12th annual parade was no
exception. With a lot of creativity and holiday inspiration, boat owners
transformed their vessels into a magnificent holiday display for the
